Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, affirmed that promoting scientific culture and disseminating knowledge in a simplified manner contributes to building a society aware of the value of scientific research and its role in improving quality of life. He pointed out the importance of awareness initiatives launched by national research institutions to bring research results closer to the public and to inspire youth toward creativity and exploration.

Professor Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, has issued a ministerial decree assigning Professor Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Aziz Hassan, Professor of General Surgery and Head of the Surgical Clinical Research Division at the Theodor Bilharz Research Institute, to act as the Director of Theodor Bilharz Research Institute.

The series aims to answer the most frequently asked questions and correct misinformation in areas such as the digestive system, liver, urology, specialized surgeries, immunology, therapeutic nutrition, public health, and more. It includes the participation of a distinguished group of doctors and specialists from the institute's research staff and various units, in cooperation with the institute’s media office.

Higher Education: Sustainable Academic and Research Cooperation between Theodore Bilharz Research Institute and Beaujon Hospital, with the Participation of Cairo University and Université Paris Cité

As part of enhancing research and training cooperation between Theodor Bilharz Research Institute (TBRI) and academic and research institutions, TBRI received a delegation from the National Liver Institute at Menoufia University. This visit comes as part of the implementation of the cooperation agreement signed between the two parties last January. The protocol was signed by Prof. Mohamed Shemis, Director of TBRI and Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Prof. Osama Hegazy, Dean of the National Liver Institute and Chairman of its Hospitals' Board of Directors.
